Create a powerful dunk effect.

Here  to show u step by step to create a powerful dunk effect..

First,i will use the photo below to start..

Use the quick select tool or lasso tool to select out of character images, and then copy and paste into a new layer.

Press CTRL + L to adjust Levels:

Add a Gaussian blur.Filter>Blur>Gaussian blur like below:

Now want to make more cool effect we  duplicate the characters 5 times. Then ready to make some effect on  each layer.

After duplicate  now we make some wind effect on the layer we duplicate.Go Filter>Stylize>Wind and select blast.Like below.

After set wind then add Motion Blur.Filter>Blur>Motion Blur

Now go layer>layer style>blending options then go gradient overlay and select the color u want…below is the color i used..

After set  Gradient Overlay. Then use the lasso tool to select characters on the left, and then delete.

and also remove the wind style in the leg there…and the effect will like as below:

Now go to your next layer u being create then click on ctrl+T to adjust the effect you want..like below:

Change the layer Opacity to 50%.

Do again the step like just now on the 3rd character and set the opacity to 25%..

ok now make some fire effect on the ball you can get the fire image Here:

Now open the image then use the quick selected tools to selected the fire you want crop out and drag on ur images in new layer:

Now Ctrl+T to adjust ur fire then you can also use erase or warp on Edit>Transform>Warp to make  the shape u like..

then set the image to screen mode here is the one i create…

Then duplicate 2 more and put in the 2nd and 3rd character..then change the opacity like the just now step..

Now do some flash effect go Filter>Render Lens Flare and select movie prime..
